If there is a problem with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
Sizing & Fit
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Because each item is printed specifically for you after purchase, we do not offer routine exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.
If you have questions about sizing before ordering, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Return address will be provided once a return request has been received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If an order qualified for free shipping and part of the order is returned, the refund will be issued for the returned item(s) only.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
